The .45 Defender is a weapon that appears in the Uncharted series. It is a pistol that appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Uncharted: Golden Abyss.

The .45 Defender first appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and throughout the series, it is shown to be wielded often by Australian explorer Chloe Frazer. The weapon returns in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and the PlayStation Vita video game Uncharted: Golden Abyss, in which it is primarily wielded by Roberto Guerro's men. The .45 Defender has a slow rate of fire but is very accurate.
