Christopher Golden, born July 15, 1967 in Massachusetts, is an American author.
Perhaps best known for his many fantasy novels and media tie-in novels, Golden wrote the 2011 action novel Uncharted: The Fourth Labyrinth.
Christopher Golden's first work came during the 1990s on The Shadow Saga, a series of books focusing on the struggles between modern-day vampires and a secret society set up to destroy them. Golden's other notable work includes The Hidden Cities series and the thriller series Body of Evidence. Golden has also written numerous novels that related to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer franchise, as well as novel tie-ins to franchises such as Hellboy, Angel and X-Men.

Golden wrote the 2011 action novel Uncharted: The Fourth Labyrinth, a tie-in to the popular Uncharted franchise. Golden has said that he "had a blast" writing the novel, and describes his time working alongside Uncharted creative director Amy Hennig and other Naughty Dog staff as a positive experience.
