Desert Agent 44 is a minor antagonist that appears in the 2011 video game Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
Desert Agent 44 is one of Marlowe's agents, a private army assembled by Katherine Marlowe, the head of a secret British order dating back 400 years. Within Marlowe's organisation, Desert Agent 44 is one of the agents that has been prepared for desert warfare, and can be identified from the goggles and green head wrap that he wears. Desert Agent 44 is a Caucasian male, and like the rest of Marlowe's agents, he is British.
 Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Desert Agent 44 and his fellow desert agents accompany Katherine Marlowe and her right-hand man Talbot to the Rub' al Khali desert, where they look to uncover Iram of the Pillars. However, treasure-hunter Nathan "Nate" Drake is attempting to stop Marlowe from reaching Iram, and Desert Agent 44 and his fellow agents must battle Nate to stop his intervention.
Desert Agent 44's eventual fate remains unclear, although it can be assumed that he perishes while in the Rub' al Khali; most likely at the hands of Nate and his allies.
