The M32-Hammer is a weapon featured in the Uncharted series. It is a Grenade Launcher that appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

The M32-Hammer first appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, in which it is the only Grenade Launcher in the game and largely acts as the replacement to the M79 Grenade Launcher found in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. In single player and co-op, the M32-Hammer, alongside the RPG-7 is commonly used to shoot down larger foes and Helicopters. In multiplayer, it normally contains 6 grenades, though the Launch Man booster allows the player to carry more. The weapon returns in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

[edit] Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

In the multiplayer component of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the M32-Hammer can be found on six maps:

• In The Ice Cave, dropping down to the bottom level will reveal a number of stone fences, with the Hammer propped in the centre.
• In The Lost City, it is found underground.
• In The Plaza, the M32 Hammer is nearest the pillars right on the edge of the map, surrounded by flowerbeds.
• In The Sanctuary, the Hammer is located on a small ledge leading away from the Pistole found on the bottom level.
• In The Temple, it can be found in the centre of the lower room with the giant Heads on the walls.
• In The Village, you can find the Hammer lurking in very centre of the map, in the stone building surrounded by fences.

Also in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves' multiplayer, the M32-Hammer is the subject of the Launch Man Booster.

In the multiplayer component of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, the M32-Hammer can be found on 13 maps:

• In Cave, an M32-Hammer is found in the underground section of the map, tucked away behind the stone barrier next to the central pillar.
• In Chateau, an M32-Hammer is found in the fountain in the courtyard that has two trucks parked in it.
• In City of Brass, an M32-Hammer is raised in the elevator that is surrounded by greenery.
• In Facility, an M32-Hammer is located on the platform above the submarine.
• On Graveyard, an M32-Hammer can be found on a ledge that runs around the outside of the map, directly across from a rusted boat.
• In Lost City, an M32-Hammer is found in the centre of the Underground tunnel section lying on the floor.
• In Molten Ruins, an M32-Hammer is found on the bridge above one of the archways leading into the large circular room.
• On Oasis, an M32-Hammer is sometimes dropped by one of the passing cargo planes; it can be found near the container that lands at the bottom of the small waterfalls.
• On Plaza, an M32-Hammer is found among the plants in front of the destroyed hotel.
• In Temple, an M32-Hammer can be found by the central pillar in the lower room.
• In The Village, an M32-Hammer can be found beneath the large wooden structure.
• In Sanctuary, an M32-Hammer is found on the small ledge which leads underground on the outside edge of the map.
• In Yemen, an M32-Hammer is situated on the upper part of the courtyard.

Also in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception multiplayer, the M32-Hammer is the subject of the Hammer Time Medal Kickback and the Explosive Shell Expert Booster.

The M32-Hammer seems to be largely based on the M32 MGL (Multiple Grenade Launcher), which is used by armed forces throughout the world.
