Marlowe's agents are an antagonist faction that appear in the 2011 video game Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
In the game, the agents are the private army of Katherine Marlowe, the head of a British secret society dating back 400 years to the court of Queen Elizabeth I. The agents support Marlowe as she searches for the lost city Iram of the Pillars, competing against treasure-hunter Nathan "Nate" Drake in her search.
Marlowe's agents are loyal to Katherine Marlowe, the head of a British secret society dating back 400 years to the court of Queen Elizabeth I. The agents are adherents to Marlowe's order, which has links to the British Occult Secret Service, The School of Night, the Hellfire Club and the Order of the Golden Dawn as part of a Hermetic secret society. The agents are all British, using their special forces and covert ops training against their enemies.
 Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
In London, the agents are on guard in Marlowe's underground hideout when treasure-hunter Nathan "Nate" Drake, antique-dealer Victor "Sully" Sullivan and thug Charlie Cutter infiltrate the hideout. A number of agents battle the intruders, but they are all defeated and Nate, Sully and Cutter are able to locate Marlowe's secret library, before taking Marlowe's notes on legendary explorer Sir Francis Drake and his search for the lost city Iram of the Pillars and escaping with the help of explorer Chloe Frazer.
Talbot then leads a large group of agents and hired thugs to a chateau in Eastern France in pursuit of Nate and Sully. The agents and thugs are ordered to spread out to find the duo, although a number of them are defeated by Nate and Sully, with the wanted duo making their way to the tomb below the chateau. There, they find one-half of an amulet that gives them the location to Iram. However, Talbot then arrives with Agent Harris and another agent; Harris takes the amulet from Nate but is then killed by a swarm of poisonous spiders, and Talbot and the other agent leave with the amulet, seemingly trapping Nate and Sully. Before leaving, Talbot orders a group of agents and thugs to set fire to the chateau. Nate and Sully are able to escape from the tomb and burning chateau, defeating a number of agents as they make their exit.
A number of agents also make their way to Syria, as they track Cutter and Chloe. When Nate and Sully arrive from France a day later, a number of agents are defeated as the foursome make their way into the crypt containing the second half of the amulet. The agents track the foursome to the crypt, as they hear the voices of the agents while retrieving the amulet. After this, Talbot and three agents have a stand-off with Nate, Sully, Cutter and Chloe, although the latter are able to escape after Cutter feigns being under the influence of a hallucinogenic agent, before shooting Talbot and the three agents. However, Marlowe and Talbot are able to catch up to Cutter on a rooftop, and agents spread gasoline around him, before Marlowe sets fire to the roof. Cutter jumps off the roof to escape the flames, breaking his leg in the process. As Sully carries Cutter to safety and the group attempt to escape the Syrian fortress the agents attempt to stop them, although they are unsuccessful as Nate, Sully, Cutter and Chloe are able to escape in a tour bus.
In Yemen, the agents again battle Nate after the treasure-hunter attempts to follow Talbot through the Yemeni streets. After Talbot realises he is being followed, he attacks Nate and throws him into a marketplace, where the agents engage Nate in a fistfight. Nate is ultimately successful, before he, Sully and foreign correspondent Elena Fisher go on to find a series of underground puzzles that when solved, reveal the location of Iram. As the trio attempt to leave the underground system, they are ambushed by agents, although the agents are again defeated.
Later, when Nate and Elena sneak into an airfield in order to board a cargo plane that is preparing to drop supplies to Marlowe's caravan in the Rub' al Khali desert, they defeat a number of agents that are guarding the plane. Nate is able to sneak onto the plane, although he is discovered and the agents on the plane engage him in a gunfight. A number of agents are killed by Nate, and the rest of them perish when the plane crashes in the middle of the Rub' al Khali. A group of agents are sent to search for the plane and come across an exhausted Nate in an abandoned desert village. Nate defeats a number of agents, but just as the agents pin Nate down a tribe of Bedouin riders arrive, killing the agents and sparing Nate.
The next day, Nate and the Bedouin riders, led by their Sheikh Salim, attack Marlowe's caravan as it makes its way to Iram. The agents in the caravan are defeated by Nate and the Bedouin, and their hostage Sully is rescued by Nate. The remains of the caravan set up a blockade outside of the entrance to Iram, but these are also defeated by Nate and Sully.
In Iram, Nate hallucinates after drinking spiked water, imagining that the agents he encounters are actually the Djinn; the fire demons. These fire demons are defeated, and Nate comes back to reality before meeting up with Sully and going on to foil Marlowe as she attempts to remove the cursed spirits from the city. Marlowe is then swallowed up by the sand beneath Iram as the city begins crumbling around then; Talbot is defeated as Nate shoots him in a perilous battle in the crumbling city.
A number of agents are killed as Iram crumbles, and presumably any remaining agents disband due to being leaderless after the deaths of Marlowe and Talbot.
Marlowe's agents ultimately answer to Katherine Marlowe, although their active commander-in-chief is Marlowe's right-hand man Talbot. There appears to be a number of agents at Marlowe's disposal; eight of these are named and given an identity:
- Agent 13 can be seen wearing the standard-issue suit-and-tie.
- Agent 44 is a more 'elite' agent; he wears his leather jacket open.
- Agent 99 is another 'elite' agent, wearing his leather jacket buttoned-up.
- Agent Harris accompanies Talbot to the tomb below the French chateau; he is later killed by a swam of poisonous spiders.
- Dead Agent is the decomposed remains of another agent killed by the spiders in France.
- Desert Agent 13 can be identified by his white head wrap and the pair of goggles he wears over the wrap.
- Desert Agent 44 is indentifiable from the green head wrap and pair of goggles that he wears.
- Desert Agent 99 can be identified from the black head wrap that he wears.
