Unwelcome Guests is the nineteenth chapter of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.
After turning on the generator in the previous chapter, The Bunker, Nathan "Nate" Drake must make his way out of the abandoned German submarine, fighting off a number of Descendants as he goes. Whilst escaping, Nate comes across an aged projector showing slides of a man chained to the statue of El Dorado, in the process of turning into a Descendant. Alongside the projector, Nate also finds the last testament of Sir Francis Drake, in which he declares that the statue of El Dorado is cursed, and it was he that destroyed the Spanish colony, in an effort to make sure the statue and the curse did not leave the island.
After Nate moves on from this, he must fight his way through more Descendants, before meeting Gabriel Roman and Atoq Navarro again, who are holding Elena Fisher hostage. After this, Nate is ambushed by some of Navarro's mercenaries, and he must fight his way through a combination of these mercenaries and the Descendants, before ascending a hatch and beginning the next chapter: Race to the Rescue.
One treasure can be found in this chapter:
- Golden Seadragon Pendant
- Unwelcome Guests, as well as the previous chapter, seem to be the main inspirations for the multiplayer map The Facility.
