The Wes-44 is a weapon featured in the Uncharted series. It is a revolver that appears in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Uncharted: Golden Abyss.

A weapon that is similar to the Desert-5 in terms of power, but has a slower rate of fire, slower reload time and a smaller clip, the Wes-44 is a weapon rarely encountered in the Uncharted series. Throughout the series, it can be seen as Victor "Sully" Sullivan's weapon of choice. Despite its rarity in the series, it appears in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Uncharted: Golden Abyss.

The Wes-44 takes its name from the real-life revolver, the Smith & Wesson .44 Special. It is unavailable in the multiplayer components of any games in the Uncharted series, primarily due to its power.
