[edit] Uncharted: The Fourth Labyrinth

In October, the private security firm that Perkins works for is hired by weapons manufacturing company Phoenix Innovations. Perkins leads a team of fifteen men and women to the Chinese city of Nanjing, where the squad meets up with the CEO of Phoenix Industries, Tyr Henriksen and Olivia Hzujak, an employee at the company. Also with Henriksen and Olivia are Henriksen's bodyguard Corelli, Olivia's stepdaughter Jadranka, or "Jada", and treasure-hunter Nathan "Nate" Drake.[1]

Perkins leads the mercenaries, along with Henriksen's entourage, through the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum into the labyrinth system known as "Diyu" - what the Chinese consider to be Hell. There, it is not long that Olivia reveals that she is the one who is in charge, as she orders Perkins and the mercenaries to execute Henriksen, Jada and Nate. Nate is able to kill Corelli before the group comes under attack from the Protectors of the Hidden Word, an ancient society set up to protect the secrets held within labyrinths around the world.[1]

During the ensuing skirmish, Perkins falls back to protect Olivia from the Protectors. However, this proves fatal as two Protectors attack Perkins with blades, killing him.[1]
